Distance agreement

1. www.logubaze.lv means the website created by SIA “BERMEA” (Reg. No 40203037883), with all the information and materials contained therein.

2. From the moment you start using the website www.logubaze.lv or perform any activity on the website, you will be deemed to have read and complied with the terms and conditions in force at the time of use. It is the responsibility of each user of the website to review the terms and conditions regularly in order to keep up to date with any changes made to them. If you do not agree to the terms, you may not use the website.

3. It is prohibited to use the content of the information posted on the www.logubaze.lv website, unless authorised by the owner of that content or otherwise by law. These Terms do not grant any right to use any brand name or logo contained on www.logubaze.lv. It is prohibited to remove, make unintelligible or alter any communication displayed on or provided through www.logubaze.lv.

4. www.logubaze.lv displays the content and description of goods and other information which is the property of BERMEA Ltd.

5. As the sale of the goods offered by www.logubaze.lv takes place through an offer placed on the Internet, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, a Distance Contract is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.

7. When requesting BERMEA Ltd or a person acting on its behalf to make changes to a registered order that is incomplete, please note that changes can be requested by email to info@logubaze.lv or by contacting BERMEA Ltd at +371 25100820.

8. If BERMEA Ltd. finds any errors and/or inaccuracies in the prices or descriptions of goods on the website www.logubaze.lv, it shall have the right to unilaterally cancel the distance contract until payment for the goods in question has been credited. As an exception, BERMEA Ltd. may cancel the distance contract in the event that the distance contract has been concluded in bad faith or by deceit or fraud; due to defects in the goods ordered; due to excessive damage suffered by either party; due to delay in payment of the goods and in other cases provided for in the laws and regulations.

9. All prices for products in the online shop www.logubaze.lv are inclusive of 21% value added tax. Delivery, carrying and assembly costs are not included in the listed price.

10. You can pay for the ordered goods by bank transfer, or in cash upon receipt of the goods.

11. The ordered goods must be received within three working days from the moment when www.logubaze.lv has notified that the order is ready for collection.

12. Some photographs and diagrams are informative and monitor resolutions may vary. We recommend to get acquainted with the production materials in advance at the warehouse of SIA “BERMEA” (Bukultu iela 3B, Riga, LV-1005).

13. Until the Buyer has paid in full, the ownership of the Goods shall belong to BERMEA Ltd.

14. “BERMEA” Ltd. has the right to unilaterally change the content, terms of use, prices and / or create new paid services on the website www.logubaze.lv at any time. Such changes shall become effective upon their publication on the website www.logubaze.lv.

15. If you change your mind and decide to withdraw from the purchase, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CPRL) and the regulating Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255 “Regulations on Distance Contract” (Cabinet Regulation No 255) state that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased in the online shop to the seller. To arrange the return of the goods, please contact us by e-mail: info@logubaze.lv or by phone: +371 25100820, indicating the order number and date. You can return the product by taking it to our warehouse.

16. Upon discovery of defects in the goods, the Buyer shall:

• find the invoice for the purchase,
• report the problem in a free form application to info@logubaze.lv (the application must include the invoice number),
• if possible, attach photographs to the application clearly showing the defect detected.

The complaint will be dealt with within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint, with a reply sent to the contact address provided in the complaint.

17. www.logubaze.lv reserves the right not to process an order if the online shop is unable to contact the customer by the phone number or e-mail.

18. www.logubaze.lv’s rights and obligations regarding the processing and protection of data of natural persons are governed by the legal provisions in force in the Republic of Latvia, including the Law on Data Protection of Natural Persons. www.logubaze.lv uses the Buyer’s personal data only for order fulfilment. www.logubaze.lv does not disclose the Buyer’s personal data provided by the Buyer for order fulfilment to third parties, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

19. All data transmitted or entered on the website www.logubaze.lv shall become the property of SIA BERMEA, which SIA BERMEA, as the owner of the website www.logubaze.lv, shall be entitled to use for its own purposes, except for the data of natural persons.

20. Disputes and disputes relating to the performance of the General Conditions of Sale shall be settled by mutual negotiation. In the event of any unsettled disputes or disagreements between BERMEA Ltd. and the Purchaser, each of the parties shall be entitled to protect its rights in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
